Responsible for playing a pivotal role in translating strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with global franchise standards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across departments
Responsibilities- ensure projects are backed by clear data, structured processes, and effective communication;
- collaborate with internal stakeholders and global franchisors to identify business needs and technical requirements;
- conduct interviews, workshops, and process reviews to gather and clarify requirements related to new location launches, system enhancements, and operational strategy;
- analyze and prioritize business requirements to ensure they align with expansion goals and franchise compliance;
- produce detailed documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Use cases and user stories, and process flow diagrams and data flow maps;
- maintain version control and document repository for project stakeholders; act as a liaison between business teams, developers, global franchise partners, and leadership;
- ensure clear and timely communication of requirements, status updates, and dependencies across all stakeholder groups;
- coordinate review cycles and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle; analyze operational and financial data from existing KidZania locations to support informed decision-making;
- support integration and effective use of proprietary systems including KidZoft and FourZ by identifying system improvement opportunities and assisting with user onboarding; validate data accuracy and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making;
- assist with solution design by aligning business needs with technical feasibility in collaboration with developers and solution architects;
- define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements; utilize and apply knowledge of POS materials, KidZoft, MS Excel, FourZ, system optimization techniques, performance analysis procedures, quality metrics, Google Analytics, process documentation procedures, multi-site business models, new business location launch assistance/support, and franchise operations to perform assigned duties;
- document testing outcomes, gather feedback, and coordinate issue resolution; assess the impact of scope or requirement changes, document change requests, and support the approval workflow;
- assist with transitioning business units to new systems or processes, ensuring minimal disruption.
ScheduleRequirements- Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Business Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
- Training: None
- Experience: One (1) year in the position above, as an Operations Specialist, as a Project Coordinator, as a Consulting Business Analyst, or in a related occupation.
- Other Requirements: Must have one (1) year experience with all the following: POS materials, KidZoft, MS Excel, FourZ, system optimization techniques, performance analysis procedures, quality metrics, Google Analytics, process documentation procedures, multi-site business models, new business location launch assistance/support, and franchise operations.
