Yes. Adults are included in the party guest count and must be included in the final confirmed headcount. Food and beverage inclusions for adults may vary depending on the selected package.

Yes. All guests, including toddlers and babies, must be included in the final guest count for check-in. KidZania’s primary activities are designed for children ages 4–14, with participation for younger guests varying by activity.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Guests may bring a birthday cake, cupcakes, or cookie cake. Approved decorations include pre-filled balloons, table décor, and tablecloths. Sparklers, glitter, confetti, piñatas, hanging décor, and alcohol are not permitted.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure a birthday party reservation. The remaining balance, final guest count, food and beverage selections, and billing information must be completed by the final confirmation deadline provided before the party. Additional guests, pizzas, and beverages may be added afterward, but removals or refunds cannot be made after final confirmation.

Note: The current confirmation communication provides the final payment deadline, but we may want to confirm whether we want to publish a specific deposit amount and payment deadline on the landing page or keep this language general.

The party room and dedicated party host are reserved for one hour. Guests are welcome to continue exploring KidZania and enjoying available activities after their party room time during regular park hours. We recommend planning approximately 3–4 hours to enjoy the full KidZania experience.

KidZania activities operate on a rotating daily schedule. A reserved activity may be available as an additional party option, subject to availability.

Yes. The one-hour party room is only one part of the birthday experience. Guests can continue enjoying available KidZania activities during regular park hours.

Yes. Guests may bring approved decorations such as pre-filled balloons, table décor, and tablecloths. Sparklers, glitter, confetti, piñatas, and décor that requires hanging are not permitted. Guests should let the party team know in advance if they plan to bring additional decorations.
